Draft — v1 (2026-09-26). Placeholders in brackets need a human decision, and we recommend a licensed attorney review before relying on these terms.
Last updated: [Date]
These Posting Terms ("Posting Terms") apply to staffing, recruiting and employment firms and to employers hiring for their own company (each a "Firm," "you") that create a company account on DirectClients.com, operated by [Company Legal Name] ("DirectClients," "we," "us"). They add to our [Terms of Service](/terms) and [Privacy Policy](/privacy). By creating a firm account you accept these Posting Terms on behalf of your Firm and confirm you're authorized to do so.
You grant DirectClients a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reformat, index, excerpt and distribute your postings on DirectClients and in connection with the Service — including showing them to candidates, ranking and matching them with AI, and linking to your application page — for as long as each posting is active and a reasonable period after for record-keeping. You confirm you have the rights needed to grant this license.
If you connect a job feed, you authorize us to fetch it automatically and publish the jobs in it under these Posting Terms. Jobs that fail our requirements (for example, missing pay) may not be published. Removing a job from your feed closes it on DirectClients.
Posting is free during our launch period, up to 25 open jobs per Firm. We may introduce paid plans or features later; we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any charge applies to your account, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
We may edit the formatting of, reject, or remove any posting, and suspend or close any firm account, if we believe it violates these Posting Terms or the law, or harms candidates or DirectClients.
We don't guarantee any number of views, applicants or hires. The Service is provided "as is," subject to the disclaimers and limitations of liability in our Terms of Service.
We may update these Posting Terms. If changes are material, we'll notify firm account owners by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to post after changes take effect means you accept them.
